Here is one from my grandma's recipe book:



Meatless Loaf



1 cup rice, cooked

1 cup peanuts crushed

1 cup cottage cheese

1 egg

1 tablespoon oil

1 teaspoon salt





Combine all the ingredients together. bake in a loaf pan for 30 minutes or

until loaf is good and set.
