    Re: Budget101.com : Favorite 3 ingredient recipes

This has 4 ingredients, but its still a great FILLING meal that my family loves.
I came up with it one day years ago when I had no plan for dinner and just used
what I had around. We call it Barbeque Chicken Stir Fry.

I use about a pound of boneless chicken that I buy when its on sale.

Cut the chicken into bite sized pieces, cook up in the skillet.

I season with ginger and garlic

add a bag of frozen oriental stir fry veggies (I also add a can of those tiny
Chinese corn (either whole or cut up) and also a can of sliced water chestnuts.)

Drain any excess water from skillet

add barbeque sauce of choice to cover all ingredients

Simmer the whole thing while making rice. Serve over the rice.

    Enjoy!

I'd like to be a polar bear, at the cold polar.. Then I wouldn't have to cry anymore.. Everything would be so clear.. Polar bears never have to cry
