Uses for Bread Heels (Ends)

A lot of people don't like using bread heels for toast or sandwiches,

here are other uses for them. Cut them up and freeze them until you

have enough to make stuffing or bread pudding. Use them to make bread

crumbs, grind them up in a food processor and store them in the freezer.

You can also use them for homemade croutons. Just add some herb and

spices to them and bake them until crunchy
