    Default uses for Orange Marmalade?

We got two containers of homemade orange marmalade as a gift (one

regular; one scotch-marmalade), but the taste is too bitter for what

we normally use as jam/bread spread. Are there other uses for

marmalade besides spreading on bread that anyone can share?

    Thanks,

    Stephanie

Tastes wonderful on pork too. Also you can use it to make a sweet and

sour sauce for asian style pork or chicken. Mix it with some soy sauce,

a little ketchup or BBQ sauce, sesame oil if you have it, ginger,

garlic and a bit of honey if it needs it. It makes a nice glaze for ham

too or for dipping egg rolls.

Make marmalade and cream cheese sandwiches. I made these recently for

a ladie tea I put on annually and they went over very big.
