    Default Ritz Cracker Recipe?

    There are recipes to make graham crackers, wheat crackers, etc. But

    does anyone have one for "Ritz Crackers"? Thanks.

    Here ya go. I hope this helps you out.

    I also use Ritaz crackers crushed up with a little season salt, put

    it in a ziplock. Then I take 2 eggs and a dash of milk put it in a

    bowl. Get boneless chicken breats out, dip them in the bowl with the

    egg and milk then shake in the ziplock. Bake them for 1 hour at 350

    degrees. My kids love them because they have a sweet taste to them.

    Easy Ritz Cracker Snack



    Ingredients:

    1/2 cup marshmallow cream

    1/2 cup peanut butter

    48 Ritz Crackers

    1 1/4 cups semisweet chocolate chips, melted

    1 cup flaked coconut or chopped nuts



    Preparation:

    Spread about 1 teaspoon peanut butter on 24 of the Ritz crackers.

    Spread 1 teaspoon Marshmallow Creme on remaining crackers. Sandwich

    crackers together, using one peanut butter and one marshmallow, then

    dip in melted chocolate or white chocolate (almond bark), and roll in

    coconut or finely chopped nuts to coat. Set crackers on waxed paper

    and let stand until chocolate sets. Store in air-tight container for

    up to one week. Makes 24

    Ritz Cracker Pie Recipe





    3 egg whites

    1 Cup nuts

    1 Cup white granulated sugar

    1 Cup crushed Ritz crackers

    1 teaspoon vanilla

    1 teaspoon cinnamon

    1 teaspoon baking powder



    Directions

    Beat egg whites until stiff and mix all together.

    Pour into greased pie plate.

    Bake 25 minutes at 325 degrees F.

    Chill and add whipping cream.

    Serves 6-8

    Ritz Tomato Parmesan Casserole Recipe



    5 medium tomatoes, peeled, sliced and drained

    1/2 cup mayonnaise

    1 clove garlic, crushed

    1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

    1/4 teaspoon black pepper

    1/4 teasppoon white pepper

    1 teaspoon basil

    1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed

    1/2 stick unsalted butter



    Directions

    Arrange tomato slices in a greased 9 x 9 inch pan

    Combine next 6 ingredients, spread over tomatoes

    Melt butter, add Ritz crushed crackers

    Sprinkle over mixture

    Bake 20 minutes at 400 degrees

    May also be put into a baked 9 inch pie shell

    Default Ritz Cracker Recipe?

    The recipe using ritz crackers does sound good (and I'll definitely try

    it).. Ritz are my favorite, but I was actually looking for a copycat

    recipe to make the crackers. I've looked too, so maybe there isn't a

    clone?? Anyone?

    OMG those sound so good. One thing I like to do at Christmas is to take ritz spread peanut butter and dip in chocolate decorate with sprinkles they are so good.
