Luscious Strawberry Salad

2 pkg. strawberry Jello -- (3oz.)
1 1/2 cups boiling water
2 pkg frozen sliced strawberries with sugar -- (10
oz.)
2 bananas chopped
1 can crushed pineapple -- (16-20 oz.)
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 cup sour cream

Dissolve jello in boiling water. Add strawberries with syrup and stir
gently. Chill until slightly
congealed; drain pineapple and add pineapple along with bananas and
pecans. Pour HALF of jello

mixture into 13x9 inch pan and chill until firm. (Leave remaining
jello at room temperature while
chilling first layer.) Carefully spread sour cream over the first
layer. Gently pour second half of jello
over sour cream. Chill until set firm. Cut in squares to serve.
Serves 12.
