I also belong to a couple of weight watcher recipe lists. On one of them they actually give the math formula for points which I have matched with my counter repeatedly and it is right on! Here is what is listed in Weight Watcher Crockpot group....

"So, what is the formula? It's the mathematical formula to
    calculate Points! Here ya go!

    (calories + total fat x 4.16 - total fiber x 10) x .02 = total points
    (30 + 2 x 4.16 - 2 x 10) x .02 = total points
    (30 + 8.32 - 20) x .02 = total points
    (38.32 - 20) x .02 = total points
    18.32 x .02 = total points
0.3664 total points which rounds to .5 total points"

hope this helps and good luck with your weight loss!

You can buy a new one at the WW meetings for $10. They have the new one

out that not only figures your points, but keeps track of your daily

    points as well.

You can also go to www.webmillhouse.com/pointcalc.php for a free onlie

    calculator.

there is a yahoo group called serious weight watchers and in their files they have a point counter you can download to your puter. I have it and I would send it to you but I have know idea how. They have some neat tracking excel pages also. I was a member there for some time but it got blah for me. I left but I may join again someday. They are very seious as the title states, but sometime you need a little off topic stuff. Anyway hope this helps.
