    Sorry It took me so long to get the recipe to ya..I've been sick with the Flu...Here it is

    1 (3 to 4 1/2 lbs) beef roast
    2 envelope's dry Italian salad dressing mix
    1 envelope of aju gravy
    1 12-oz. jar Pepperoncini peppers, with the liquid
    One Yellow onion

    First cut onion into rings add to crock pot,add the beef roast,rub both Italian salad dressing mix on both sides of meat,add the aju gravy and pour the whole jar of pepperoncini juice add all on top..cover cook 8 hours on low

    At first we eat it on buns with mayo and mozz cheese and dip our buns in the jucie..then a few days later I make mashed potatoes and a veggie to eat with the rest..yummy

    I CAN relate...got it now and feel super crummy. :-/ BUT thanks for the recipe. It's sounds really good and I'm gonna try it as soon as I buy a roast again.
