Cinnamon Sugar Pecans

1 egg white

1 teaspoon water

1/2 cup sugar

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 cups pecans

Beat egg white and water until frothy. Mix sugar, cinnamon and salt

together.

Stir into egg white mixture. Toss with pecans. Bake on a greased

cookie sheet

at 200 for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes
