1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp white pepper
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp cayenne pepper
2 tsp paprika
1 tbsp salt

Combine spices and store in a zip top bag.

To use:
1. Rub spice mixture all over outside and inside of prepared and dried chicken.
2. Place inside a large zip top or wrap with plastic wrap.

3. Refrigerate overnight.
To Cook:
1. Stuff cavity with 1 sliced onion and 2 crushed garlic cloves.
2. Place in a prepared roasted pan and bake at 350 for 3 hours or until done.
((While chicken is baking, can baste with pan juices every 30-40 if desired.))
