    Default Plan for the rest of the week.

    Friday:
    B-Maple Banana Oatmeal and half a grapefruit
    L-Mexican Chicken Wrap
    D-Citrus Slow Cooker Chicken
    S-Hummus and Pita Chips

    Saturday:
    B-Spinach and Feta Omelet and whole wheat english muffin
    L-Grilled Cheese and Tomato Soup and Sliced Apple
    D-Skillet Beef with Leeks and Potatoes, California mixed veggie.
    S-Cucumber slices and hummus

    Sunday-
    B-Apple Cinnamon Whole Wheat waffles with peanut butter and raisins

    L-Chicken salad made with couscous, green onions, apples, celery, garlic and feta
    D-Three Bean and brown rice burritos on whole wheat corn tortillas.
    S-Banana lightly brushed with honey and rolled in chopped pecans

    Drinks: coffee, iced tea, lemon water, milk
