    Default GFCF Newbie from WA

Hi from Western WA. Newbie Nini2033a here. Needing to cut the budget about 0 a month just to maintain the paycheck to paycheck that we were living before. Pretty sure most of that can come out of the food budget with some careful thought and planning. We are Gluten, Casein and Soy free. Most of the budget meals I have found other places rely heavily on breads, pastas and cheese.Getting alternatives to those things actually made our budget go up. As soon as anything is for a special diet, it cost triple!!!

So I need to find ways to cut the budget without relying on breads, pastas, cheeses or any form of Soy/tofu/TVP. Family of 6 with 2 gone to college, plus 2 dogs, 1 cat, 5 rabbits and a few chickens.
