2 cups SR flour
1 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp dry mustard
1/4 cup butter
2 Tbsp Parmesan cheese-grated
1/2 cup Cheddar cheese-shredded
1 cup milk
1 egg
1/2 cup onion-minced

1. Combine the first 3 ingredients in a bowl; mix well.
2. Cut in butter until it is resembles coarse meal.
3. In separate bowl combine cheeses, milk and eggs; stir together. Add to the flour mixture and mix with a fork just until dry ingredients are moistened.
4. Put into a prepared loaf pan and sprinkle onions and paprika over the batter.
5. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.

Yield: 1 loaf
