    Default Healthy Pot Roast Stew

    One 2-pound boneless chuck roast, cut into bite size piesces
    1 1/2 tsp seasonings*
    1 tbsp evoo
    1 pound carrots-chopped
    1 pound parsnips-chopped
    2 onions-chopped
    2 stalks celery-chopped
    2 cloves garlic-minced
    2 cups canned tomatoes
    1/2 cup beef broth/stock
    1 dried bay leaf

    1. Add all ingredients, except meat and seasonings, into a large prepared slow cooker.
    2. Sprinkle the meat on all sides with the House Seasoning.
    3. Heat the oil in a large skillet; add the meat and sear on all sides.
    4. Add meat to slow cooker; Cover.

    5. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.

    *Seasoning*:
    1 cup salt
    1/4 cup garlic powder
    1/4 cup ground black pepper
    2 tbsp paprika
