2 medium zucchini
dill weed
salted boiling water
melted butter

1. Cut clean unpeeled zucchini lengthwise in half.
2. Cook uncovered in an inch or 2 of boiling salted water for 15 minutes; Drain.
3. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with dill weed. Adjust seasoning to taste.

Instead of boiling in salted water, can saute in salted butter until tender, then
sprinkle with dill weed. Adjust seasonings to taste.
