Today’s feast:

Breakfast – Pancakes with walnuts and cinnamon

Lunch – Ham Steaks with mashed potatoes & broccoli (I forgot I had these ham steaks in the freezer. They are the last that were sliced off of a large ham that I got at WalMart last month for $1.25 per lb, I’m glad I found them because it was beginning to look like I was going to be on a high carb diet for the day.)


Supper – Ravioli with garlic bread and mandarin sherbet for desert
