4 lbs ribs (whatever is on sale or on hand)
1 (6 oz) can frozen orange juice concentrate-semi thawed
1 cup water
1 onion-sliced
1 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper-to taste

1. Cut ribs to fit slow cooker. Place ribs into the prepared slow cooker.

2. Add all other ingredients to slow cooker and gently stir.
3. Cover and cook on low 7-8 hours. Stir only once or twice during cooking time.
Can add small amounts of water to slow cooker if needed.
