    Default Newbie Question!

    Hello!

Really looking forward to getting to explore this site! I had one question while i was getting started. I was wondering how I might add a post (such as a recipe) to my favourites to easily locate it at a later date? I did not see a button to do this! The specific example was instant oatmeal

Thanks in advance for any assistance!!

Hi there! Welcome to the site. To answer your question, when you are in the forums area you can bookmark both threads and posts. Detailed instructions are available here:

    http://www.budget101.com/forumdispla...favorites.html

Unfortunately, due to the extensive tables that run the articles areas of our site, there isn't a feature that allows bookmarking/saving articles. However, if you use FireFox as your web browser there is an Awesome Add-On Called, "Pocket". It allows you to mark websites/pages to read later and lets you mark them as read if you want to.

Click on Tools> Options> Add Ons > choose Get Add-ons > in the little search box type in "Pocket" (formerly known as read it later). Click Install Now- then create an account (free!) at Pocket and login. After that, any time you save a page or article anywhere on the web, it's in the top right hand side of your browser. They can be viewed on your iphone, ipad android and computer.

Pocket will work on any site, anywhere on the web. So you can save your favorites where-ever and when ever.

    Again, welcome to the site!
