3 cups AP flour
1 tsp baking soda
1.4 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
1 cup brown sugar-(I use Splenda brown sugar blend)

1 cup granulated sugar-(I usually use 1/2 sugar and 1/2 granulated Splenda)

Mix all ingredients together in a gallon Zip top bag. Label and seal.
