the hospital and my husband had to choose taking us to the hospital or

his job. Well he chose his job. Well we got behind. Our credit is

shot. Now I can't seem to get back on track. Before all of this I

had an 800 credit score now it is very low. Right now we are just

making enough mney to pay our bills and that is it. If anything extra

comes up we are hosed. We have to borrow from someone and then we are

behind even more. If anyone can help me out with any advise I would

really appreciate it. There is way more to this story but I didn't

Default Hi! I am new to the group!

Welcome Katie, There is a way out. It just takes time. I have been reading every bit of financial literature that I can find. Most of it from the library. I also get a couple of magazines. (Good thing to ask for as a holiday gift - a subscription to Money magazine or Smart Money or Consumer Reports Money Advisor, etc.) I have decided and I keep explaining to my husband, no credit cards in 2008. We are also going to use cash as much as possible, meaning no debit card either. I have had it with paying fees and losing money that way. Hang in there! Herlean
