Q-n-E: Quick-n-Easy Turkey Skillet
Vegetable cooking spray
1 cup green bell pepper -- chopped
3/4 cup celery -- chopped
1/2 cup carrot -- chopped
1/2 cup onion -- chopped
1 lb ground turkey
2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp dried Italian seasoning
1 1/4 cup tomato vegetable juice
8 oz tomato sauce -- no-salt-added
Coat large nonstick skillet with cooking spray; place over medium-high
heat until hot.
Add next 4 ingredients; saute 8 minutes or until tender.
Add turkey and next 2 ingredients; cook 2 minutes or until turkey is
browned, stirring to crumble.
Add remaining ingredients; reduce heat, and simmer, uncovered, 30
minutes or until thickened, stirring occasionally.
