    How about instructions for those of us with out an ice cream maker? (or the room in the apartment to store one)

    Also, here's another method:

    If you don't have an ice cream maker, pour into a dish and place in the freezer. Remove from freezer after 1 hour, blend well until smooth using a blender or food processor, etc and return to freezer, freeze, repeat. The ice cream machine can/will incorporate air as well as a smooth creamy texture that isn't replicated easily by hand.
