Default what to do with dehydrated veggies and fruit

We had fun dehydrating zucchini, mushrooms, pineapple, apples, peaches, pears and mangoes. We tried bananas more than ones and they didn't taste good or smell good. My question is how do I use it now. Fruit is too hard to eat as a snack. I did use mushrooms in my dinner. If I put them in water and drain them, can I then suttee them. If you have used dehydrated fruit and veggies please share your ideas with me.

    Thank you,
    Melissa

Here's a site with recipes using dries fruit, mostly desserts.

Scroll down a bit to see them.

Here's another site that has a few fruit & a few veggie recipes.

This site sells the dehydrated items, too, so the recipes might not

turn out the way it should if you use your own- but trial and error

    can help!
