The purpose of this website is to inform qualified purchasers or recipients of iTunes gift cards of this class action settlement.

To qualify as a Class Member, you must have purchased in the United States an iTunes gift card and the card or packaging to which it was attached contained language that “songs are 99˘” or other language indicating that songs are priced at 99˘, and you used the card to purchase one or more $1.29 songs from the iTunes Store on or before May 10, 2010.

The settlement provides for an iTunes credit of .25 that can be used to purchase anything available on the iTunes Store. To be entitled to a payment under the settlement, you must file a completed Claim Form on or before September 24, 2012 on this website. You are limited to one iTunes Store credit.
