I know that ALL Publix Supermarkets have been told NOT to accept computer generated coupons. They have stores in Fl, Ga, Al, SC, and Tn. This order was issued by their home office in Fl. after they (and a number of other supermarkets) suffered thousands of dollars in losses from accepting fraudluent coupons that weren't accepted by the manufacturers.

( I know this because my husband works there.)

Walmarts website says they take them, too...but the one here says its up

to the individual store...when I printed their policy out and took it

with me the manager said it was up to HIS decision and HE DECLINED TO

ACCEPT THEM...(sorry about the caps but that was his tone with me...) I

sent wal-mart an email about this little episode and they did absolutely

    nothing about it..

Read my post about this- it's up to the individual stores if they

want to be more strict than corporate policy.
