<SPAN class="171571000-07102007">Pepper "Steak": Chop up lots of onions and green peppers into strips. Make lots and lots, depending on how many in your family. In a cooking pot, brown ground turkey or beef with a little olive oil. Drain, if needed. Add onion and pepper strips and stir-fry until they cook down a little. Add a little water and seasonings (whatever you have: soy sauce, garlic, chili powder, etc.) and lots of ground pepper. Cover and simmer until vegetables are limp and have released their juices, and meat is cooked thoroughly, stirring occasionally. In the meantime, put on a pot of rice to cook. Serve pepper "steak" over rice.
