Slow Cooker Mulligan Stew

2 tbsp evoo
1-2 lbs beef stew meat-(I used 1 lb-trimmed and diced)
2 tbsp flour
s and p-to taste
1 can green beans
1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce-(I used diced tomatoes)
1 can (10 1/2 oz) cream of mushroom soup-(or hm equivalent)
1 medium onion-diced *OR* 1 pkg frozen pearl onions
2 garlic cloves-minced
1 stalk celery-sliced *optional*

1. Season flour with s and p.
2. Dredge meat in seasoned flour.
3. Heat oil and sautee meat in a heavy bottomed skillet.
4. Add meat into a prepared slow cooker.
5. Drain green beans and rinse. Add to slow cooker.
5. Add all other ingredients; cover.
6. Cook on low 6 hours.
