I just thought I would share. I work out on a site called Daily Burn.( Not daily burn tracker. This is where you track calories and stuff. seperate sites) I got the first week free and now pay 10 a month. I get a brand new video every time I work out that is geared for my fitness level. That's not to say that I never repeat a video.Sometimes you can but it really keeps it fresh to me. You answer questons after every work out and it keeps up with it all. It also includes an estimated cal burn.
