I was just given 2 cases of mushrooms. Some are the small white portobella's, some are the large sliced portobello's and some are the whole, extremely large portobello's.

Does anyone have any recipes for these? Are there ways to preserve them? I heard you can dry them and then freeze them, but I only have one dehydrator and they would spoil before I got them all dried. Can you dry them in the oven and if so how would you go about it?

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
