Quick Spinach and Rice Casserole

2 cups cooked brown rice
2 pks frozen chopped spinach-thawed and drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 small jar cheese whiz
3 tbsp fresh onion-minced or grated
s and p to taste
bread crumbs for topping
1 tbsp dried minced parsley
1 1/2 tbsp butter-melted


1. Combine melted butter with bread crumbs and parsley. Toss together to mix. Set aside.
2. Mix all other ingredients together in a large mixing bowl. Pour into a prepared casserole dish.
3. Sprinkle buttered bread crumbs mixture on top.
4. Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes.
