Honey Glazed Chicken

1/4 cup honey
3-4 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp EVOO
1/2 tsp minced garlic
salt and pepper-to taste
1 tsp dried minced parsley
4 bonless skinless chicken breasts

Add all ingredients, except chicken, into a mixing bowl.
Using a wire whisk, mix well.
Reserve 1/4 cup mixture in separate bowl.
Add remaining mixture into a zip top bag.

Rinse and pat dry chicken, add salt and pepper.
Add chicken to the mixture in the bag, seal.
Let marinate for several hours in the fridge.
Grill, basting every 10 minutes with reserved marinade, until internal temp reaches 180 degrees.
