Default recipe to share - Tomato Surprise

    Hi all.

I wanted to share a quick, easy, HEALTHY and cheap recipe.

Day old bread (if you have it, if not, use what you have, crusty italian or french works best)
    1 can tomato soup
1 cup (give or take depending on amt of bread) shredded or thin slicedcheese (whatever kind you have, though hard cheese work best)

    preheat oven to 350

butter both sides of each slice of bread (enough slices to fill up your pan, slices laid in "fallen dominos" position

sprinkle shredded cheese between each slice of bread....sprinkle whatever is leftover on top
slide into oven until cheese is melted and bread begins to brown a bit on the tops...
pour tomato soup over, and heat, add more cheese to top if desired.
This tastes really good after it comes out of the oven, but I like it even better the next day.
