MAPLE BAKED BEANS

Ingredients

4 slices bacon

1 small onion, finely chopped

2 cans (16 oz. ea.) baked beans

2 Tbsp. pure maple or pancake syrup

1 tsp. Seasoned Salt

1/4 tsp. Seasoned Pepper



Directions

In 12-inch skillet, cook bacon over medium-high heat until crisp.

Remove and crumble; set aside.



In same skillet, cook onion in drippings, stirring occasionally, 4

minutes or until tender. Stir in remaining ingredients. Reduce heat

to low and simmer covered, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes. Remove

cover and simmer, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes. Top with bacon.

PINEAPPLE TERIYAKI CHICKEN KABOBS

Ingredients

3/4 cup Teriyaki Marinade With Pineapple Juice

1 can (20 oz.) pineapple chunks in natural juice, drained (reserve 2

Tbsp. juice)

1 tsp. Dijon mustard

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces (about 1-

1/4 lbs.)

2 medium red or green bell peppers, cut into 1-inch pieces

1 medium zucchini, cut into 1-inch pieces



Directions

In large resealable plastic bag, combine Teriyaki Marinade With

Pineapple Juice, reserved pineapple juice and mustard. Add chicken;

toss to coat. Close bag and marinate in refrigerator 30 minutes.



Remove chicken from marinade, discarding marinade. Alternately thread

chicken and remaining ingredients on skewers*. Grill or broil,

turning occasionally and brushing with remaining 1/4 cup Marinade, 10

minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.

GRILLED CORN WITH LIME BUTTER

Ingredients

4 Tbsp. Shedd's Spread Country Crock Spreadable Butter With Canola

Oil

3 to 4 Tbsp. fresh lime juice

1 tsp. Garlic Salt

4 ears corn-on-the-cob, husked





Directions



In small bowl, combine Shedd's Spread Country Crock Spreadable Butter

With Canola Oil, lime juice and Garlic Salt.



Grill corn, turning and brushing with lime butter, until done. Serve,

if desired, with additional Garlic Salt.





Also terrific with Seasoned Salt.

GRILLED STRIP STEAKS WITH BROCCOLI SALAD

Marinate Time: 30 minutes

Cook Time: 15 minutes

GRILLED STRIP STEAKS WITH BROCCOLI SALAD

Ingredients

1/2 cup PLUS 1 Tbsp. Sesame Ginger Marinade With Mandarin Orange


Juice

4 New York strip steaks (about 5 oz. ea.)

4 cups water

2 cups broccoli florets (about 6 oz.)

1/4 cup diced red bell pepper

1/4 cup Italian Dressing

3 Tbsp. chopped peanuts

1 tsp. Garlic Salt

1/4 tsp. Seasoned Salt





Directions

In large, shallow non-aluminum baking dish or plastic bag, pour 1/2

cup Sesame Ginger Marinade With Mandarin Orange Juice over steaks.

Cover, or close bag, and marinate in refrigerator 30 minutes.



Meanwhile, in 2-quart saucepan, bring water to a boil over high heat.

Add broccoli and cook 30 seconds. Immediately drain and rinse with

cold water. In medium bowl, combine broccoli, red pepper, Dressing,

peanuts, Garlic Salt, Seasoned Salt, and 1 tablespoon remaining

Marinade.



Remove steaks from Marinade, discarding Marinade. Grill or broil

steaks, turning once, until steaks are desired doneness. Slice steaks

and serve with broccoli salad.
