Picnic Safety Tips
Keep hot food hot. Cover meat dishes with aluminum foil to retain heat,
and consume within 2 hours to prevent spoilage.
Put leftovers on ice. When everyone's done eating, store perishables in
an ice-filled cooler.
When in doubt, throw it out. Unsure if a dish was left too long in the
sun? Toss it-you're better safe than sorry.
