This is a perfect 'planned over' meal after having a deer pot roast.

DEER AND POTATO HASH

2 tb Bacon drippings
1 lg Onion, diced
3 c Cooked, chopped deer meat
1/2 cup beef broth
2 Med. potatoes-large diced
2 tbsp Flour
1 Clove garlic, minced

1/4 tsp Black pepper
1/4 tsp Seasoned salt
1/2 tbsp Chili powder

Brown onion and potatoes in bacon fat. Add flour and brown. Add broth and other ingredients. Let simmer until crispy and browned, then flip. Let brown again. Serve hot.
