1-15oz can chick peas
1/2 c water
3 tbl tahini
1 tbl toasted sesame oil (or olive or canola)
1/2 lemon, juiced
1 large garlic clove, mashed

Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend to desired consistency

○ Blend in vegetables (ie: red pepper)
○ Add spices (ie: cumin)

Stir in chopped olives or sundried tomatoes
