2 eggs
1c mayo
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2-10oz packages of frozen broccoli, thawed
1 c shredded cheddar cheese
1 onion, chopped
c butter, cut in pieces
3/4 c crushed ritz crackers

○ Preheat oven to 325
○ Beat eggs in mixing bowl, whick in mayo, soup, broccoli, cheese, onion and butter
○ Spoon into 2 quart casserole dish; sprinkle with the crushed crackers
○ Bake until bubbly- 30-40 minutes
