4 large tomatoes
1 c chicken broth
1 cucumber, thinly sliced
1/4 tsp pepper
1 large can tomato juice
Juice of one lemon
2 tsp sugar
4 green onions, chopped
Seasoning salt, to taste

Peel tomatoes

In large saucepan put broth, simmer green onions, cucumber slices and tomatoes, cover for 5 minutes
Add tomato juice, lemon juice, sugar, seasoned salt and pepper
Simmer covered for 10 minutes
Can be served cold or hot
