6 c water
2 c plain soy flour
1/4-1/2 c powder sugar
1/4- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch salt

• Boil 4 cups of water
• Whisk 2 c soy flour with 2 c cold water- whisk mixture into boiling water
• Return liquid to boil
• Reduce heat to med-low and gently simmer for 30 minutes, stirring now and then
• Strain through mesh cloth or coffee filter
• Whisk in sugar and vanilla extract
