3 boneless chicken breasts, cubed
1/2 c olive oil
1/2 c distilled vinegar
1/2 c lime juice
2 (.7oz) packages dry Italian style dressing mix
1 onion, sliced
1 green bell pepper, sliced

• In large glass bowl combine oil, vinegar, lime juice and salad mix- mix well
• Add chicken strips, pepper and onion

• Cover and refrigerate 3-6 hours
• In large skillet head oil
• Remove from marinate and cook until chicken is done and onion is translucent
• Serve with tortillas topped with cheese, sour cream and whatever else desired
