3 boneless chicken breasts, cubed
1/2 c olive oil
1/2 c distilled vinegar
1/2 c lime juice
2 (.7oz) packages dry Italian style dressing mix
1 onion, sliced
1 green bell pepper, sliced

In large glass bowl combine oil, vinegar, lime juice and salad mix- mix well
Add chicken strips, pepper and onion

Cover and refrigerate 3-6 hours
In large skillet head oil
Remove from marinate and cook until chicken is done and onion is translucent
Serve with tortillas topped with cheese, sour cream and whatever else desired
