3 day old glazed doughnuts, nut into 8 pieces
1 c cold, strong, brewed coffee
1/2 c sugar
2 c heavy cream
1-14oz can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 c milk
1 tsp vanilla extract

Place the doughnut pieces in a single alyter at the bottom of a shallow dish
Pour just enough of the coffee over the doughnuts so the liquid is completely absorbed by the doughnuts
Put the dish in the freezer

Mix the remaining coffee with the sugar, cream, sweetened milk, milk, and vanilla into a bowl; stir
Pour the mixture into an ice cream make and freeze accourinding to the manufactor's directions until the ice cream cycle is complete
Fold the frozen doughnuts into the mixture
Transfer into lidded plastic container--allow to rippen in freezer for atleast 12 hours
