1. Shake up your sweet routine by ditching the sugar bowl and pouring

the sugar into a clean salt shaker instead...perfect for sprinkling

into tea or cereal. You'll not only prevent spills but also use less

sugar per serving. Just be sure to label the bottle to prevent a case

of mistaken (SALT!!) identity.



2. Even after you use a salas spinner, you may find yourself blotting

the greens before serving them. Combine 2 steps in one by spinning a
