1 T. water
2 T. flour
1 T. Oil (I used sesame oil... because I had it and like the flavor)
5 Chicken breasts (mostly thawed... it takes forever to thaw in my fridge lol)
1 T. chopped garlic
1 t. ground ginger
1 small bottle Asian dressing
+ water to fill dressing bottle
1/2 C. Soya sauce
2 T. sesame seeds

Put water in zip lock with chicken and flour and mix around to coat chicken. Put oil in pan and fry chicken until nicely browned and a bit crispy. Put everything else into large crock insert. When chicken is browned put in crock. Cook on low for 6-8 hours, or until chicken is done.

Make up a big dish of rice to go with meal.

**Then we usually have peas with this as my family says it goes together lol**
