brisket rec
I am looking for brisket rec. I have never made brisket before. I am having company--grandparents for dd 3rd birthday next weekend and wanted to serve brisket.

<DIV dir="ltr" align="left"><SPAN class="486470516-10042007">Put it in one of the foil turkey pans, dump a beer on it and 1/4 c.mesquite or hickory smoke flavoring (by Figaro - I think). Cook in a low oven (250 deg) for 5 or 6 hours.

<DIV dir="ltr" align="left"><SPAN class="486470516-10042007">Slice with an electric knife (you can get the slices thinner) and serve with your choice of commercial BBQ sauce (KC Masterpiece is a good one). Potato salad would be good with it.
