Hey all you money savers out there,
I’m looking for a recipe to make an instant breakfast mix. You know that
powdered stuff you add to milk. Do any of you have a good recipe for the
    chocolate one preferably? Thanks all

    Marie

    Hi, Marie

I usually make my breakfast drinks with whey powder, milk, small

amount of Nestle Quik powder, and a little bit of ice to make mine. I

have different flavors of whey that I use depending on my mood. I

also sneak in some veggies and frozen fruits in if I have the time. I

buy my whey powder from www.nutritionexpress.com I have found that

Fitness Labs WheyFit powder to be a lot less expensive than GNC and

    other brands. Hope this helps.

You rock! Thanks so much. I'll start with getting my ingredients

local to make sure my girls will drink the homemade version before

    buying the stuff on line.
