1 lb Ground beef

1/2 c Chopped parsley

1/2 c Chopped sun-dried tomatoes

1/2 c Chopped red onion

1 Clove garlic, mince

1/2 c Fresh bread crumbs

1/2 ts Italian seasoning

1/2 ts Salt

1/4 ts Pepper

COLUMN A

Ground turkey

Ground chicken

Vegetable crumbles

Ground pork

Ground veal

Meatloaf mix



COLUMN B

Lemon pepper

Cajun spices

Herbes de Provence

Key West spice blend

Chili powder

Curry powder



COLUMN C

Sweet onion

Spanish onion

Scallions

Chives

Shallots

Leeks



Heat gril to medium-high. In large bowl, combine all

ingredients and form into 1" thick patties. Grill 7

minutes, turning once, or until thermometer inserted

in center of burger registers 145 degrees for

medium-rare. Serve on rolls topped with lettuce,

tomato and red onion.



216 WAYS: Using above recipe,

replace the beef with a selection from Column A. Next,

replace the Italian seasoning with an herb or spice

blend from Column B. And finally, select a topping

from Column C in place of the red onion.
