No- Bake Eclair Cake
1 box gram crackers
6 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 pkg of vanilla (instant) pudding
line bottom of of cake pan or casseroll dish, with gram crackers
(straight from the box) cover gram crackers with layer of pudding,
then another layer of gram crackers and another layer of pudding,one
final layer of gram crackers,
melt chocolate and spread over top of final layer of gram crackers.
Refridgerate for 1-2hours and enjoy!
This sis the EASY dessert in the world. We make it all the time. Instead of
using chocolate chips we heat choc. icing in the micro for 30 seconds and
spread it on top.
