    Completely agree. Waitresses here in Ohio make $3.85 an hour. I used to be one of them. We lived off of our tips! Try sneaking some under the plate or when your friend is walking away through a couple more dollars into the pile. Remember 15% is average tipping, 20% or more means your waitress was awesome!
