    Default Bagels in the Freezer

I'm not 100% sure if this is the CORRECT category to put this in, but I thought MAYBE? I'm sorry if I'm not correct.

I've been watching some YouTube videos on how to make your OWN bagel. What if you wanted to freeze them. At what POINT do you freeze?

    -- the dough you made
    -- shaping the bagel

    -- after its all cooked

    Does that make sense?

We freeze ours once they've been boiled. Then just cut and toast them in the morning.

I freeze mine after baking them, but I can see after the boiling point also, as freebiequeen stated
