The best and EASIEST fudge recipe I ever found:
1 Large package of milk chocolate chips
1 can Sweetened condensed milk
1 Teaspoon vanilla
1/2 Cup Nuts (optional)
8 X 8 pan
Pour chips and milk into a microwave safe bowl, microwave high for 1 minute,
take out and stir in the teaspoon of vanilla. Return to microwave on high
for 1 minute. Stir until all the chips are melted, (Add the nuts if you use
them now) pour into the pan. Refrigerate until set.

Re: BEST FUDGE
I'm a little behind in responding, but I had some free time so I am
reading some old messages. Here is a fudge recipe from me I grew up
with this fudge and I love it. Plus, it is by far the easiest fudge.
And if you like peanut butter you will love it!
Peanut Butter Fudge
2 sticks butter or margarine
1 Cup Peanut Butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pound powdered sugar
Melt and heat butter and peanut butter just to boiling point. Turn
off. Add vanilla and powdered sugar. Stir and press into a 9 x 9 or 8
x 8 square pan. The pan does not need to be buttered.
